Genius Yield Announces the GENS Public Sale Model

Ahead of the highly anticipated GENS Public Sale in Q2 2022, Genius Yield is thrilled to release the GENS Public Sale Model.

The GENS Public Sale will distribute three (3) million GENS on the Genius X Launchpad.

Priority will be given to investors who participated in the Genius Yield ISPO. The first three rounds during the GENS Public sale will be tiered depending on the Bonus Reward Program categories.

Regardless of the GENS amounts and bonus rewards eligibility, all qualifying investors will earn the right to purchase in the upcoming Public Sale.

ADA will be the only accepted cryptocurrency during this GENS Public Sale. All investors must submit required personal details as part of the mandatory KYC.

The GENS Public Sale will be divided into four (4) Rounds and conducted as follows:

Rounds 1–3

To ensure a secured allocation to every bonus reward eligible delegators, Genius Yield shall divide one (1) million GENS allocated to each Round by the highest number of eligible participants in all three (3) Bonus Reward tiers to determine the maximum allocation in GENS tokens.

To illustrate:

If there are 5,000 eligible public investors for Round 1, 3,500 for Round 2, and 4,000 for Round 3, Genius Yield shall divide one (1) million GENS allocated for each Round by 5,000 (the maximum individual allocation would be 200 GENS in this example) to be fair for Round 1 qualifying investors.

As the number of eligible delegators for each round will be different, this model ensures that every qualifying investor gets a chance to purchase allocated GENS fairly between all rounds.

Round 1 will be only available for whitelisted Diamond Hands or APE bonus reward eligible delegators.
Round 2 will be only available for whitelisted Degen or HODLer bonus reward eligible delegators.
Round 3 will be only available for Shark or FOMO bonus reward eligible delegators.

Investors can only purchase GENS once, even if they are eligible for multiple bonus rewards.

The public sale date (Epoch) and fixed price for each GENS is specified as below:

Approved Round 1 investors will purchase each GENS at $0.85 from June 24, 2022, to June 29, 2022, in Epoch 347
Approved Round 2 investors will purchase each GENS at $1.15 from June 29, 2022, to July 4, 2022, in Epoch 348
Approved Round 3 investors will purchase each GENS at $1.40 from July 4, 2022, to July 9, 2022, in Epoch 349

All GENS tokens not purchased in each of the above purchase rounds will be reallocated to Round 4.

Round 4

Round 4 is open for all investors who failed to secure a slot in Round 1, 2, or 3. In this round, everybody from late ISPO delegators to ADA holders who didn’t participate in the ISPO will have a chance to purchase GENS on a first come, first served basis.

In Round 4, investors will purchase each GENS for $1.50 from July 9, 2022, to July 14, 2022, or Epoch 350.

Qualifying public investors should also note the following:

The maximum individual allocations in each purchasing Round depending on the Bonus Reward Program statistics to be determined after the end of the ISPO after May 10, 2022, or Epoch 338. Meanwhile, the minimum allocation will be a fraction of the maximum allocation and will be announced in due course. However, the GENS acquisition price denominated in ADA will vary between rounds.
We are sorry to have to inform you that due to legal reasons, investors from the following countries unfortunately cannot participate in this GENS Public Sale Rounds. With advice from our legal team and partners, we decided not to include the following countries because of regulatory reasons :

Albania, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Haiti, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, Republic of South Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, and the USA.

The Genius Yield ISPO is in progress and is already a HUGE success. In total, Genius Yield will distribute 15 million GENS, up from 10 million following the ISPO extension in late Q1 2022. Since activation on December 15, 2021, the four official Genius Yield ISPO Pools have drawn over 14,700 participants.

The release of the GENS Public Sale model is ahead of the upcoming Genius X ISPO that begins on May 15, 2022, (Epoch 339) to September 12, 2022 (Epoch 363), lasting four (4) months using the current Genius Yield ISPO Pools: GENS1/ GENS2/ GENS3 and GENSX.
