Genius Yield smart contracts successfully audited by Anastasia Labs

We are thrilled to announce the successful audit completion of Genius Yield’s smart contracts, done by Anastasia Labs — an R&D firm on Cardano and experts in smart contract optimization, security analysis, and auditing.

One of the Genius Yield’s DEX pillars are on-chain limit orders, which are governed by smart contracts. These smart contracts ensure that funds locked in limit orders are released only under specific conditions, such as order cancellation or when a buyer pays the specified price. As these contracts dictate the operational framework of the platform, ensuring their robustness and “military-grade” safety is paramount. Thus, Genius Yield sought an additional layer of security by commissioning an audit conducted by Anastasia Labs.

The audit covered three smart contracts:

1st, governing limit orders
2nd, the NFT minting policy, used to uniquely identify an order across its different phases of a lifetime like partial fills
3rd, governing DEX’s fees

The findings have been already addressed by the Genius Yield team, resulting in the successful accomplishment of the audit process. This confirms that users’ funds are safeguarded and transactions are executed with integrity.

Moreover, audit results provided valuable insights and suggestions for further performance improvements, which will be gradually applied by the Genius Yield team.

Following the successful completion of the audit, Genius Yield is pleased to announce the forthcoming smart contract Bug Bounty Program. This initiative aims to further fortify the platform’s security by incentivizing security researchers and developers to identify and report potential vulnerabilities.
